The design fosters a connection to nature, inspiring work across various disciplines. Meetings, collaboration, and quiet work can seamlessly transition outdoors to shaded, comfortable spaces surrounded by greenery.
The workspace encourages a sense of discovery from working in nature. Warm, earthy materials complement the existing eucalyptus forests.

The design blends indoor and outdoor spaces as a natural extension of a nearby eucalyptus grove, and steps the massing back of the building to create terraces mimicking nearby Miramar hills.
